When I was a little boy growing up in Manitoba, my mom taught me the value of hard work and pride in everything I did. She would sit with me as I did my homework, often reminding me, “You should feel proud of your work.” She instilled in me the importance of doing my best and treating every task with care and dedication.

One of her most enduring lessons was to treat others with the same respect and care as I would treat her. “Do your work like it would be for me,” she would say. This principle has stayed with me throughout my life. Now, as I serve our customers, I carry that same ideal forward. I want every customer to feel the warmth and dedication that I put into each job, just as if it were for my own mom.
